PSI has a comprehensive executive team that includes some of the most successful people in the industry. We choose only the best employees to better reach our goals and the needs of our clients. We have two principal offices, the Brazilian office in Santa Catarina and our main office in Charleston, South Carolina. In addition we maintain offices at each of our installations to house our engineers who operate and maintain our products. Together we work towards the same goal: provide the best solutions for port security and container tracking.
Lawrence A. McLernon
Chairman
Mr. McLernon has more that 35 years of professional experience in the industries of security and investigations and in the high tech market. Mr. McLernon has served on the boards of directors for numerous successful companies in the past decade. He has also served as a board member for various civil and philanthropic entities. Mr. McLernon had the honor of being named ‘top 200 telephone executives of the decade by Telephony magazine and received the ‘Cockroft Award’ from the University of Ashland for extraordinary achievements in business.
Peter Lusk
Vice Chairman
Mr. Lusk was Chief Operating Officer and Director of Marketing and Client Services at Forstmann-Leff International, Inc. He was responsible for all aspects of daily management supervision, as well as marketing strategies. Previously, he was a founder and Chairman of the Board of the Federal Loan Corporation. He was also a Vice President in the Corporate Finance Department of E.F. Hutton & Company, and has been a General Partner of Lehman Brothers. Mr. Lusk received his M.B.A. from Harvard University and his A.B. from Yale University.
Ariane Amiri
Vice President of Finance
Ms. Amiri has more than 20 years experience in financial analysis, accounting and consulting for private and public multinational companies. She was director of investor relations for a major consumer product and e-marketing company. She was also the director of operations and head of financial analysis for the Metro Media China Corporation. Alvaro Pinto

Mr. Pinto has more than 20 years professional experience in the regions of the Caribbean,Latin America and Southern Europe, in executive positions with several private and public high technology companies. Mr. Bogert joined the PSI Central America team in 2006, after a ten year tenure as a program manager for a major technologies firm. With over twenty years in the field of operations and engineering and ten years in high technology operations management Mr. Bogert manages and oversees all PSI Central American installations.
